THE CHALLENGE of Minor Hotels
Because a number of Minor Hotels affiliated hotels in the Netherlands were very enthusiastic after using our products, we were given the opportunity to supply them to locations throughout Europe as well.
After a successful test case at NH Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, the rollout was approved and implemented by us.
The solution for Minor Hotels
During Minor Hotels' rollout, the main focus was on our Buffet Communication collection. We provided Minor Hotels' various brands with our buffet signs and menu designs. In addition, we provided card printers to most of the hotels. Using this card printer and our Online Design Portal, where only predefined templates per brand can be used to design and print cards, the layout of the buffet cards is uniform at each location.
The brands in question are NH Hotels, NH Collection, nhow Hotels, Anantara Hotels, Avani Hotels and Tivoli Hotels.
After our Buffet Communication collection was delivered to all venues to their full satisfaction, we also introduced our other collections. More and more venues are now choosing our Guest Information collection, Tableware collection or custom production.
