THE CHALLENGE of Bilderberg Hotels
Bilderberg Hotels came to us with the challenge of clearly communicating their new sustainable breakfast concept to their guests. They had conducted a thorough evaluation of their breakfast products and replaced them with more environmentally friendly options. For example, mono-packaging was removed, more sustainable ingredients were added, and close attention was paid to waste management and food waste. It was essential to communicate these positive changes to their guests as well.
Bilderberg Hotels heard positive feedback from the market about our skills to inform guests with high-quality communication tools. Therefore, they decided to engage our expertise to present their sustainable initiatives to their guests in a clear and convincing way.
The solution for Bilderberg Hotels
Bilderberg Hotels wanted to achieve uniformity on the buffets of all their 11 locations. Therefore, they deployed our Buffet Communication collection. In addition, almost every location purchased a card printer so they could quickly print new buffet cards in their own corporate style. To keep the corporate identity consistent, Bilderberg Hotels uses our online design portal. This software contains fixed templates for the buffet cards, so the design is uniform at all 11 locations, but the interpretation can be determined by each location. We successfully completed the implementation of this portal in collaboration with the marketing department.
In addition, guests are informed about various topics through our Menusigns A5. This includes topics such as information on food waste, local specialties and allergen information.
A project for which we received a lot of positive feedback from the various locations. The quote "This is something we were always looking for, but never could find before" has given us a lot of confidence.
